All orders are shipped by UPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Signature upon delivery required, no exceptions.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 5-7 business days.

We do not offer Saturday delivery and not be able to ship to military and PO Box addresses.

Andeatex is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.

Shipping Costs, Handling and Taxes

All shipping, handling and taxes cost will be indicate before you place an order.
This cost will depend for US Orders, Canada Orders and International shipments.
Andeatex charges sales tax based on the delivery address of the order and where applicable to the shipping charges.

Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Apiece Apart online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.

-You must email for an RA number prior to sending the return.

-All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.

-Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original ship date and all shipping costs are incurred at the expense of the customer.

-Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/credits are processed.

-We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

-We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

-We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.

Return/Exchange Procedure

1. Email to get a RA number.

2. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.

3. Please note the nature of the return or exchange on the invoice – wrong size, just don’t like it, etc.

Returns will be credited to the original credit card account.
